The last time I came to Beijing, it was all about the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace, the little hutongs - the touristy stuff.
This time, here for work and staying in the business district of Chaoyang, it's like I fast-forwarded in time.
Oh, and below is my nice room in Beijing (the first picture is the view from my room). Too bad I didn't get to stay longer, my room right now in Tianjin is nowhere as lovely, though perfectly servicable and comfortable.
