tiers for wednesday (how could it be only wednesday?!)

The important thing for me when I wear something with tiers is not to look infantile and like I just borrowed a dress from a doll. And I've never worn tiers. This is my sister's blouse. Something new every day.

**Edit: I realised that I should point out that with the exception of the skull dress on Saturday, I have so far dressed for work. I work in an office and although it's casual, there's still a certain decorum I suppose when it comes to the average workplace.
